Writing an LPA is an interactive process, so please do not risk preparing one without meeting and discussing your requirements with a legal professional, to avoid the many pitfalls you may not know about.

Steele Rose Legal Consultants provide free advice and home visits throughout England and Wales to take instructions for this 11 or 12 page comprehensive legal document.

Unregistered LPAs may be prepared by Steele Rose & Co for only £160 + VAT, this fee includes certification and normally two home visits from your local Consultant. You can nominate as many Attorneys as you wish and documents may be registered later when needed, however each LPA requires registration before it may be used, so if you also require Steele Rose to prepare and submit the registration documents to the Office of the Public Guardian, the total fee (including preparation of the original LPA) is only £330+VAT for each LPA.
